NZ Canvas — Privacy Policy

NZ Canvas ("we," "us," "our") operates nzcanvas.com, a digital wallpaper store. This policy explains what information we collect and how it's used.

1. Information we collect

• Purchase/payment information. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects and processes your payment details (card, PayPal, billing address, tax location) directly — we never see or store your full card or payment credentials. See Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy for how they handle this data.
• Email address. Collected at checkout (via Lemon Squeezy) to deliver your purchase confirmation and download link.
• Basic usage data. Standard hosting/CDN logs (via Cloudflare) — IP address, browser type, pages visited — used for security and performance, not for tracking individuals across sites.

We do not require account creation, and we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. How we use information

• To deliver the digital product you purchased.
• To respond to support requests sent to [email protected].
• To maintain and secure the site (fraud prevention, abuse prevention).

3. Third parties

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing, tax/VAT compliance, order fulfillment records.
• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and storage of the wallpaper files themselves (not personal data).

We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell data to data brokers.

4. Data retention

Order and payment records are retained by Lemon Squeezy per their own retention policy and applicable tax law. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your request.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Since payment data is held by Lemon Squeezy, requests about payment/order records should go to Lemon Squeezy directly; requests about anything we hold ourselves can be sent to [email protected].

6. Children's privacy

NZ Canvas is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business evolves (e.g. if we later add accounts or analytics). Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
