NZ Canvas — Terms of Service

Welcome to NZ Canvas (nzcanvas.com). By purchasing or downloading any wallpaper from this site, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

NZ Canvas sells digital wallpaper image files (desktop and mobile formats). Some wallpapers are offered free; others are paid, one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions and no user accounts.

2. License grant

When you purchase or download a wallpaper, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that image as a wallpaper/background on your own personal devices.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the file (including the free ones) as if it were your own product.
• Use any wallpaper in a commercial product, template, or resource pack for resale.
• Claim authorship of the artwork.

We retain all copyright and ownership of the artwork. Purchasing a wallpaper transfers a usage license only, not ownership of the underlying artwork.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on each wallpaper's product page and are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment processing, applicable tax/VAT, and receipts are handled by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. See our Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled.

4. Digital delivery

Because wallpapers are digital goods delivered immediately (download link or file), see our Refund Policy for details on returns/refunds for digital products.

5. Content changes

We may add, remove, reprice, or retire wallpapers from the catalog at any time without notice. If you already purchased a wallpaper, your download access to that specific file is not affected by later catalog changes.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to bypass any access controls, scrape the catalog in bulk, or use the site in a way that disrupts service for others.

7. Disclaimer

Wallpapers are provided "as is." We do our best to represent colors/appearance accurately, but actual appearance may vary slightly by device/screen.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NZ Canvas is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of purchased or downloaded wallpapers.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business evolves. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
