NZ Canvas — Refund Policy

1. Digital goods, delivered instantly

NZ Canvas sells digital wallpaper files. Because these are delivered immediately upon purchase (download link or file), all sales are final and non-refundable, except as described below.

2. When we will issue a refund

We'll issue a refund if:

• You were charged but never received a working download link or file (technical failure on our end).
• You were accidentally charged twice for the same item.
• The file you received is corrupted or doesn't match the product shown on the site.

To request one, email [email protected] with your order confirmation within 14 days of purchase.

3. What we will not refund

• Change of mind after downloading the file.
• Dissatisfaction with the wallpaper's appearance on your specific device (see Terms of Service — appearance may vary slightly by screen).

4. Your statutory rights

Depending on your country of residence (for example, EU/UK consumer law on digital content), you may have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within a cooling-off period — unless you expressly consented to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledged you'd lose the right to cancel once download begins. At checkout, Lemon Squeezy is expected to present this consent/waiver for digital goods; nothing in this policy is intended to override any statutory right you're legally entitled to keep.
